1. Join VanCity and you'll receive $10, and so
will the BCCCS! If you
live in Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley or Victoria
and are planning to open a bank account with Vancity
Credit Union, you can participate in their member referral reward
program. There are many reasons to join VanCity, including the fact
that they have supported the BCCCS and many other
progressive non-profit organizations and initiatives which have a
positive impact on our health and well-being.
Make your referral by filling out a referral card and giving it
to Vancity when you open your new account.
You will need to bring them a card with our information
on it. You can
print out
a card here, or come in and pick up
a card from us, or ask us to mail you one. If
you have any questions about this wonderful opportunity
for you and the Club to raise some funds, please email
us at
donations@thecompassionclub.org.

-
Cannabis: Any cannabis that is donated to us
goes directly to our members at no cost. This is very helpful
for members who are living on low
incomes. Donations of cannabis shake
(dried), will go to our bakers and tincture makers. Donations
that are not from our contracted cultivators must
be inspected for quality standards before we can
accept them.
-
Fundraisers: Have a fundraiser for the
BCCCS! This is a good way to raise funds and
awarenes, and to have a fun social gathering at the same
time.
-
Expertise: If you have a skill that you
would like to share with us in the form of consultations,
services, or workshops, please let us know.
-
Wish List: This will be where we
list specific items we are looking for
right now!
