Consensus Decision-Making
The BCCCS practices consensus decision-making. This
is a process that allows all voices to be heard and all
concerns to be addressed when decisions are being made.
The model of consensus-decision making that we use is outlined
in our
Consensus
Manual (PDF). Consensus training workshops are provided for
